The Pigiama Run took place last September 26th. In Biella, it brought together over two thousand people in a great embrace of solidarity. And we were there, with our team, sharing every step.
A gray sky, a bright city at the Pigiama Run 2025
The sky was gray, clouds threatened rain. Yet, last September 26th, nothing could stop the desire to be there. The streets of Biella filled with color, smiles, and pajamas: over 2,100 people participated in the Pigiama Run 2025, the charity event organized by LILT – the Italian League for the Fight against Cancer, transforming an ordinary evening into a great collective gesture of solidarity. The rain didn’t fall, but even if it had, it wouldn’t have dampened the enthusiasm of a city that chose to run together for a special goal: supporting children with cancer and their families.
A solidarity race starting in Biella and reaching across Italy
The Pigiama Run is not a competitive race. It’s an invitation to don pajamas, a symbol of the daily lives of children who spend days and nights in the hospital, and to transform them into a sign of solidarity. Thus, in over 30 Italian cities, thousands of people ran simultaneously with the same spirit. In Biella, everyone’s steps had a tangible impact: thanks to registrations, nearly €31,000 was raised. These funds will be donated by LILT Biella to the families of Biella’s children with cancer through the “Alveare Amico” project.
Our team in pajamas
For us at Max Application, being there meant two things: helping make the event possible in our city, contributing as local partners, and actively participating, running as a team immersed in a larger flow that included families, friends, associations, and local businesses. That evening, we weren’t colleagues behind computers, but a small team of people united by a common purpose. For this reason, we want to thank everyone who ran with us and those who made the Pigiama Run Biella 2025 possible. We hope to see even more of us at the next edition.
