A new way to request assistance is on its way. We have developed ACU, an online portal for our customers.

To always guarantee the best service, Max Application has designed and developed the new ACU portal for requesting online assistance.

Starting from March 2016 for all Italian and foreign customers of SafetyDrugs, ACU will be accessible through a special section on the site.

Thanks to this portal, the request for assistance will reach the technician directly without having to go through the switchboard, thus shortening the resolution times.

Each customer will be provided with personal credentials with which he will access the service quickly and securely.

A confirmation email will arrive as a guarantee that the request has been taken care of.

Customers will be able to monitor the various phases of the work in progress and will be automatically notified when the problem is resolved.
