We are pleased to renew our participation in the Pigiama Run 2024, a charity event organized by LILT to raise funds for the families of children with cancer.
What is the Pigiama Run?
The Pigiama Run is a charity initiative promoted by LILT (Italian League for the Fight against Cancer) to raise funds for children with cancer and their families. Participants run or walk wearing their pajamas, a symbol of support for young patients who spend long periods in the hospital. This event takes place annually in various Italian cities, combining sport and solidarity in an atmosphere of joy and sharing. The main goal is to raise awareness about pediatric cancer and raise resources for projects providing psychological and practical support for those facing this difficult battle.
A race to make a difference
Following the success of the 2023 edition, which attracted over 12,000 participants in various Italian cities and raised €400,000, this year’s Pigiama Run is aiming even higher. The goal is to exceed €500,000 in fundraising, involving 30,000 participants in over 40 Italian cities, including Biella, home to Max Application.
Max Application: solidarity through action
Standing alongside those facing the most difficult challenges is a core value for us. As a company active in pharmaceutical safety with our SafetyDrugs software, we work every day to help improve patients’ quality of life.
We will participate both as an event sponsor, to support the organization and implementation of the event locally, and as active participants in the race to make a concrete contribution to fundraising for the families of children with cancer and the new Alveare Amico project, which provides psychological and practical support.
Join us in the Pigiama Run 2024
We invite all our partners, customers, and collaborators to join us in the Pigiama Run 2024 and support the cause. Every contribution is essential to support these young patients and their families.
We look forward to seeing you at the start of the race at 6:30 PM on September 20, 2024, at the LILT headquarters in Biella.
